Delete your Dreamline account / data
Dreamline is designed to be usable without creating a traditional username/password account. Depending on your setup, your data may still be associated with an internal account identifier.
Option A — In-app deletion (if available)
If your version of Dreamline includes an in-app Delete Account option, use it:
- Open Dreamline
- Go to Me → Settings
- Choose Delete Account and follow the prompts
Option B — Request deletion by email
If you don’t see an in-app deletion option, you can request deletion by emailing support@dreamline.cloud.
Please include:
- The words “Delete my Dreamline data”
- Your device model + iOS version (optional but helpful)
- If you made an in-app purchase, include the order ID from your Apple receipt (optional but helps us locate the account)
What gets deleted
- Dream entries and related metadata
- Birth details you entered (if any)
- Computed astrology documents (charts, summaries, interpretations)
Apple-managed purchase history (subscriptions and purchases) is associated with your Apple ID and is not deleted by Dreamline. Deleting your Dreamline data does not cancel an Apple subscription — manage subscriptions in iOS settings.
Local-only removal
Uninstalling the app removes Dreamline data stored on your device, but may not delete server-side data. Use Option A or B above to request server-side deletion.
