Common questions
Birth chart won’t generate
- Make sure you’ve entered a birth place that resolves to valid coordinates.
- If your birth time is unknown, toggle Exact time known off — Dreamline will still compute planet positions but won’t show houses/ASC.
- If you entered a time that falls into a daylight-saving “gap” (a time that never occurred), Dreamline will ask you to adjust it instead of silently shifting it.
Restore purchases
- Open the paywall / upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Manage or cancel Dreamline Pro
- On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Find Dreamline and manage your plan there.
One-time purchases (Year Ahead / Birthday / Compatibility / Deep Read)
- If a one-time purchase is unavailable, the app will show it as unavailable (and won’t charge you).
- After purchase, the app should refresh entitlements automatically. If it doesn’t, use Restore Purchases.
Delete account / delete data

Debug info that helps (optional)
If you’re reporting a bug, it helps to include:
- What you were doing (steps to reproduce)
- Your device model + iOS version
- Whether you’re on the TestFlight build or App Store build
