These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dreamline iOS app and the website at dreamline.cloud (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Dreamline is a dream journaling and astrology app. Some features may use AI to generate interpretations or summaries. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2) Accounts

Dreamline uses device-linked authentication (often anonymous by default). You’re responsible for keeping control of your device and for any activity that occurs from your account.

3) Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (such as dream entries). You grant Dreamline a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. You agree not to upload content that you don’t have the right to use.

4) AI / Oracle features

AI outputs are generated from patterns and may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading. You are responsible for how you use the output. Dreamline’s AI features are intended for reflection and entertainment, not as professional advice of any kind.

5) Astrology content

Astrology readings, interpretations, and compatibility content are for entertainment and personal reflection. Dreamline does not guarantee outcomes or accuracy, and chart results depend on the details you provide (especially birth time/location).

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dreamline disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamline will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Dreamline in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service and other users.
